Cancellation Policy
At Act First Emergency Training LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to help manage any changes to your CPR class bookings:
Cancellation by Customer:
-
Notice Period:
-
Here at Act First Emergency Training, our top priority is ensuring that everyone receives CPR or medical training without fear of incurring penalties for cancellations. We do request that you give a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to the start of the class. However, for any cancellation prior to the start time, you will receive a full refund.
-
For any cancellations prior to the start date and time you will be allowed to reschedule a class. However, you may incur a different rate for rescheduling based on the current number of students per class (Pricing and discounts are dependent on the number of students. For example, if you cancelled when you were in a class of 5 students total, but now rescheduled with a class total of 2 students, there will be an increased rate in the new class based on the decreased number of students).

No-Show Policy:
-
If you do not attend the scheduled class without prior notice, the booking will be considered a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued. You may reschedule by paying a $15 penalty
-
Cancellation by Us:
In the rare event that we need to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

-
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or Zelle.
Exceptions:
